I am a fan of Christos. I’ve written about the brand previously and given a chance, I would wear a Christos gown if I were to get married all over again. So it’s no surprise that I’d be featuring it again starting with their Fall 2015.
The things I love about the collection: it was all about white lace, a stark contrast to the colour of Spring 2015. Here we a see a softer shade of lace, of satin, of silk. Patchwork. Intricate. Romantic. All the things we can’t say “No” to, right?
Today is a lucky day for us! We get a look into this gorgeous black tie affair of Martin and Stefanie’s wedding. These photos with a dramatic black and white play taken by Mangored transforms the couple’s wedding into a cinematic-flair that not only evokes a unique perspective but also a style that I can only guess is reflective of the couple and nobody else.
In this set, I love the photo where the bride exchanges an intimate moment with her bridesmaid as well as how confident the bride and groom stand on their most special day! I hope you will enjoy these lovely pictures as much as I did – and I hope you get an inspirational thought or two perhaps. Have a great week and thanks for stopping by!
Awhile back I featured the same-day-edit of Paul and Lala’s wedding by Ian Cruz Films and I couldn’t wait to see the pictures. Over the weekend, I received the beautiful wedding pictures so you could imagine my excitement to feature today’s post.
Oly Ruiz of Metrophoto photographed Lala’s natural relaxed state and captured Paul’s overwhelming happiness. The bride’s aura truly came out in their pictures and I just love it when a bride is so calm but you know deep down, she’s at peace with herself and having a fantastic time. And let’s not forget her wedding dress made by Veluz, it was elegant and fitting for a beautiful bride.
Excited to share them with you, here are the wedding pictures from Metrophoto.
I just might be finding reasons to have a mini party but this video sure has good ideas for table set up and decor. So if you look forward to weekends as much as I do, don’t skip on checking out Rustic Dinner Party. It’s a collaboration between Style Me Prettyand Target department store. I love the nature vibe. The wedding blog also came out with these DIY ideas that I love, love, love!
To drive your weekday blues away, how about another DIY post? I saw this artsy and quick do it yourself idea from Oncewed. I tried doing it to find out myself it it’s as easy as they say it is. They we’re right, it took me 15 minutes to paint 12 cards. I haven’t used watercolor paint since high school but for this project, you don’t need to be an artist to make these seat cards. You’ll just need watercolor, a paint brush, and card stock.
Time required: 60 minutes. 30 minutes of labor and 30 minutes to dry for 24 cards
In recent years, we’ve seen a growing trend toward RTW wedding dresses. Some brides may not know what design they want or which looks good in them. Fortunately, we have Mi Sueno in the Philippines. It’s the first bridal boutique in the country offering RTW bridal fashion and it’s the authorized retailer of Pronovias Barcelona and Atelier Diagonal.

Who says summer weddings are all about pastel and blush colors? A color palette as bold and colorful as these images could take your wedding inspiration to a bright start. The bold hues will get your guests excited for a day-long celebration. Your entourage decked in this year’s bright prints will reflect your stylish and chic personality.
I’m excited to share this set of images with you because it blends wedding style and fashion trends in one glance. After this I sure hope you’d get a couple of ideas for your own wedding day.
Summer months are officially here. The heat and sunshine come out more intensely than anytime of the year. What better way to welcome summer than by incorporating nature in your wedding? I’m thinking ferns as ornamental wreathes. You can hang them up in different heights and use it as photo booth backdrop or couple’s backdrop for the reception. It would suit a wedding that’s nature-inspired or organic in theme.
It’s super simple to do. I did 1 wreathe in less than 20 minutes. After making two you’ll get the hang of it and you can make more for more impact. Scroll down for more photos and guide on how to do it.
Weddings call for a lot of “preliminaries”. These are engagement parties, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, or family dinners. It is not a must to have all these social events. I promise this is easy to do and you can change it up a little bit in more ways than one! Just by looking at these pictures, you’ll know what I mean.
This is my first post on wedding dresses (I feel there will be more later on) and I’m loving these designs because they’re simply beautiful and elegant, two words I’ve learned to stick by when I was planning our wedding. It’s so easy to get distracted with so much options out there. I was so happy with how my wedding dress turned out. I’ll be sharing that with you very soon. For now here’s our edited list for Lela Rose, Theia White, and Anna Maier.
Lela Rose is a designer who loves romantic silhouettes and embraces femininity.
One of the best ways to express gratitude to your bridesmaids for all the help and support in your wedding preparations is to give them a token or gift. There are a lot of options out there. To make the gift more personalized, you can put attention to the extras and the details. These two help make a gift stand out.
